About Bhyllie J Mouton

My brother and I have worked together since the 1990s.  Our office is in Rayne but we can also meet clients in Abbeville and Lafayette. We seek justice and fairness for our clients.  We are happy to provide our legal assistance to those in need.  We are here working in your favor to resolve your difficult legal issues.  We will do out best to  bring peace and understanding to your entire family.  We know this is difficult time and emotionally taxing.  We offer legal assistance in all areas of family law including but not limited to divorce, custody, child support, adoptions, same sex divorce, disavowal actions, and even bankruptcy. We make no claim of possessing a particular courtroom personality to attract a particular client, we work for each individual as they need. Our goal is to find the best resolution to the issues you are forced to face. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
