Ladona was appointed as a GAL on my case for the best interest of my child. She did an amazing job bringing out the facts of the case and what was truly best for the child. She is very compassionate about children and looking out in the best interest. She does not favor either parent, she looks out what is truly best for the child. She speaks her mind based off of facts. She may not respond to every email, but she does pay very close attention to the case, her reports are very well done and not based off of hear say or twisting people’s words. She’s very honest and does know her laws. I would recommend her to anyone in a family situation.

Well, you get what you pay for. Ladona seemed competent, when she'd get back to me. However, trying to get in touch with her was more stress than it was worth. She'd go for week without returning calls or emails, and when we eventually got a hold of her, we had to continuously remind her of the case details. In short, extremely unprofessional, absent-minded, and unprepared. She simply has too many cases going simultaneously to be helpful. Pay a little extra and get a professional.

if you want an attorney that is going to put you on the back burner and not do anything with your case, she is the one to call. my case has been sitting with absolutely NO RESULTS for over a year now. she refuses to answer calls or emails and if I try to stop in her office to confront her about it she's either not in her office or rushed you out the door with no explanation

I have been trying to get money returned for over 9 months. She should not have taken the case, conflict of interest.
