When I got divorced I hired Diane and told her all I wanted was my car and my name. Imagine my surprise when I learned that I lost my house, all of my things, AND my car to my ex, who never held a job for a single day we were married and managed to walk away with the house, all of my clothes, and all three of our vehicles. That shock was secondary to learning that the judge even denied my request to change my name back to my maiden name. I ultimately had to pay thousands of dollars to return to my maiden name in a divorce with zero children. Diane Hurtt is impressively incompetent. There’s no doubt in my mind I would have fared better had I represented myself.
