Not only is Jeff highly knowledgeable and professional, which you would expect of any lawyer, but he also has integrity. He bills for the exact hours he works and is clear in his description of those hours and work completed. His integrity extends into challenging contractual issues with clients, which matters greatly to me. I have worked with many lawyers in my organizational consulting work for decades. Jeff is about as good as it comes in terms of legal service to small businesses. Unlike a lot of lawyers, Jeff's background as an in house counsel gives him a unique perspective of what it is like to run a small business.
