About Elizabeth A. Lahey

Elizabeth is an associate in the Litigation Department where she represents large and small companies in business and employment disputes, including employment discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, and non-competition, as well as in non-litigation matters, including preparing personnel policies and contracts, and minimizing risk in the hiring, discipline and termination of employees. She also represents individuals and companies in a wide range of business litigation involving contracts, tortious interference with contract, unfair competition, leases and misrepresentation.

Elizabeth also represents individuals involved in immigration litigation and appeals before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Board of Immigration Appeals, and Immigration Courts.

Elizabeth received her J.D. from the University of New Hampshire School of Law, cum laude and her B.A. from Kent State University, summa cum laude.
