Family Law San Diego is a law firm with an office in La Mesa, CA. At this office location, there are 6 lawyers practicing family law, alternative dispute resolution, child custody and 20 other areas of law.
The office staff was polite and Mr Klueck provided advise and information that I would never have thought of. I had to put the minimum amount of time into my case because the office did all the leg work and research. They reduced my stress level tremendously and I won!!
Mr. Klueck conducted himself in a professional manner, and advised me on options that were available to me and what the potential consequences of each action. He and his staff kept me well informed on the status of my case and were genuinely interested in helping me. His staff was always very professional and courteous.
Many problems over time: Consultation with him and his legal support was conflicting. They couldn't agree on approach, creating confusion with me as client. Ruling came down and I wasn't notified for over a week. They kept confusing me with another client, and told me my papers were in storage and I would have to pay a fee to have copies made. His lack of thoroughness (and relying on his legal assistant) created huge problems with my final court order.
After the initial consultation they began work on a complicated case on my layman's recollection of events years earlier. When told of the office where my complete file was at the initial consultation they told me they would get it. They didn't. When I learned they didn't I had the office contact them and bring it to them. They THEN learned that there was info in the file which made their work less relevant and decided to use another method. They billed me thousands of $ for that work..
In my opinion this firm does not show ethical and professional behaviors amonst their lawyers. The are not transparent at all and will find any way to get your money and spend it all and then hide behind stories about how they spent you money even though they haven't moved your case forward. In my opionion the owner does not put they client first, they put their bank account first. In my opinion if you want to find a reputable firm then please read the reviews first and not the lobby full of cringe framed positive reviews at this firm becasue that is not transparent at. In my opinion It is unfortunate that I fell for this scam and literally ran out and ask my 80 year old mom for 2000.00 from her savings. She has nothing and now has even less than that and we have Bud to thank for such an amazing experience with taking our money. In my opinion you are better off getting a paralegal over this firm because you will save money and not have to deal with these grifters.
