My experience with the law firm of Heidi Eglash is 100% positive. She came through for me and my family on multiple occasions, most notable of which involved a refusal by a hospital to deny surgery to my cancer-stricken mother, then 82 years old. A social worker and a hospital loss-control specialist had both cited what they thought was the law to deny Mom care. Heidi corrected them during two distinct instances, citing case law and other labyrinthine legal connections not commonly realized by those with no formal training in the law. Heidi’s good work helped get Mom the surgery she needed, which bought Mom another eleven years of life. Heidi also handled Mom’s estate, which involves state agencies. This concerns a new set of errors from state officials that Heidi is now tasked to correct. Heidi and her capable paralegal, Jon Straker, produced a well-worded letter in response to the state’s erroneous claims. Heidi handed other matters regarding Mom’s estate professionally.
