Dan May is a factual man, who is not interested in irrelevant information. I needed someone who would stand up and fight for justice in the situation my husband and I were in and Dan was just that man. If you are looking for a sympathetic ear don't go to Dan. If you want someone who will be aggressive, you are looking for the right person. I have no problems suggesting him to anyone who needs a good hometown attorney and wants to get what they deserve.

I was being let go from my job with Delphi E&S in Kokomo ,IN. They had found a discrepancy with my wages from the past. When I had changed jobs (I went to 1st shift) they left my status as 2nd shift employee with 2nd shift premiums. They had stated that I would have to pay back the over payment from when I went to 1st shift. I spoke with Mr. May about the problem and he stated that they could not make me pay back the over payment since it was their oversight. They dropped the case.

Constantly confusing cases. Didn't have facts when responding to emails. Has Trump Derangement Syndrome and obsessively ranted in email about Fake News without any previous mention of politics in the email exchange. Just constantly distracting from facts and issues. How he still has a license is unclear.

He was a smart mouth, know it all. I had to take my own divorce papers to court because he didn't know if he'd have time. He was interested in my daughter (20's) who I took for moral support. He never called me back about anything. I had to negotiate my own divorce details with my ex husband. I got more than Dan said I should have gotten. He called me a gold digger. Didn't want to know any of my past with my husband. He told me things about the quit deed that the was untrue.

He was retained to complete my divorce and didn't have to do much, but charged me the full fee to get it completed.

If needing an attorney, it is usually because something stressful is going on in our lives, which means you need a good attorney that can communicate well and and be very thorough, right? This is not the guy. After hiring him for a divorce based on a friend's advice, I was shocked at his behavior. He was rude, short with his answers and disrespectful in many ways. I ran out of the office and started calling another attorney immediately. It is not about getting down to business and leaving out the emotions, it is about getting the details correct, making sure everything is documented and possibly going in for the fight of your life, depending on your situation. But, that is not what I got. He didn't want to know some of the pertinent information? How is that going to help me with the fight of my life? Ladies, do not go to this attorney. There are several other good attorneys in Kokomo, trust me, you need to visit one of them, stay away.
