Hired Attorney

She has negative reviews removed, so I’m sure this won’t be here long. She has dragged her feet on my case for over 2 years, almost 3 now. Whenever we get close to a trial date something comes up as a reason to continue it. I think she’s afraid to try a case. She talks a big talk and writes lots of intimidating letters to the other side but then doesn’t follow up. Makes sure to charge you for a lot of time to write those letters though.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
