Robyn Jarvis Askew is a shareholder in our Knoxville office, focusing on comprehensive real estate, corporate, and business law in Tennessee and other regions of the United States. Robyn represents corporations, joint ventures, partnerships, and limited liability companies in various aspects of entity formation, financing, and operations. Her experience spans multiple industries, with a particular focus on the preparation, review, and negotiation of complex commercial contracts.
In her real estate practice, Robyn routinely handles the acquisition and disposition of property, leasing and management, project development, entitlements, finance, and construction matters. She represents buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, lenders, borrowers, and developers, ensuring their transactions are smooth and successful. With over a decade of personal experience as a real estate developer, Robyn has a proven track record of working successfully with national and regional retailers. Her developed properties include shopping centers, anchor tenants, and free-standing entities, including Walgreens retail facilities in Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Mississippi.
Beyond her professional achievements, Robyn is deeply committed to community service. She serves on multiple boards, contributing her knowledge to various organizations and initiatives.
