At no time, did I ever feel truly informed of the specifics of the situation. I did, however, get the desired results after going against my lawyer's advice.
Very poor communication skills. I was never contacted the day prior to any of my court dates. I was told that he doesn't keep up with things of that nature. Mr. Reed was also unable to answer a few questions I had, and referred me to Google to find answers for myself. Don't waste your time or money.
