David Hollow is dishonest. I hired him for a lawsuit I have against a builder who did awful work and kept delaying our project using our money for his newer projects. In the end we had to fire this builder with him owing us over $25,000. David met with me for an hour and then met with my husband for over two hours. He played on my confidence and used all the evidence I had and gave it to the other side (John Dupree). He did none of what we discussed as my defense at our last meeting. Instead he dumped us by email citing that my husband is Is strange. If my husband is so strange why did u talk to him for two hours and another ten minutes about his motorcycle. Honestly David Hollow is weird. He has uncontrollable facial tics and talks incessantly and is a legend in his own mind. Warning beware!! Stay far way.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
