About Courtney Cotter

Attorney Courtney Cotter was born and raised in Michigan. During her time in Michigan, she graduated from Ferris State University with a Degree in Business Administration and Legal Studies.

After graduating from Ferris she had an opportunity to move to Tennessee leaving behind everything she knew and everyone she loved. Soon after moving to Tennessee she attended law school at Lincoln Memorial University’s Duncan School of Law.

When she is not practicing law Attorney Cotter can be found watching sports, or spending time with her family and husky.

I contacted Courtney after receiving a notification about some fraudulent charges to my credit card as it (the notification wanted a picture of me) to me, it felt like it may be a spam/scam. She pointed me in the right direction. Very pleased with her help. I recommend contacting her should you need help.

100% would never go with anyone else. We were in a car accident and struggled with insurance from the beginning. We used Courtney and she handled EVERYTHING and made sure we knew every step of the way, and explained things properly. She made sure we were treated fairly and compensated properly for damages and medical bills.

We had the hardest time finding an attorney who would care enough to assist my son after being a victim in a motorcycle accident case. After "being dropped" from one attorney and others just not responding because it was not a high dollar case, Cotter Law took charge and got him taken care of! They put the client first not the money. We will forever be grateful to them!
