About Ms. Carri H. Johnson

Carri Johnson is a Senior Associate at the Knoxville office of WSHB, where she handles all aspects of complex civil litigation. With a solid foundation in bankruptcy law from her years of experience practicing in the Southern District of Georgia, she brings extensive expertise to WSHB. Carri is licensed to practice law in Georgia and is currently awaiting her admission in Tennessee.

In addition to her impressive legal career, Carri is passionate about community engagement and professional development field. In recent years, she has served as a team leader on two mission trips to Rwanda, focusing on prison ministries in the country. Additionally, since 2015, she has been a leader for high school girls in inner-city youth programs.

She is an active member of the Federalist Society and founded the Savannah Lawyers Chapter, where she served as Chair. Carri has also been involved in the State Bar of Georgia's Young Lawyer Division, working to enhance opportunities for young lawyers through mentorship, networking, and educational initiatives. Since 2018, she has worked as an election integrity counsel for several national organizations, and she is among the few attorneys in South Georgia specializing in this area.

Carri serves on the Board of Directors for the Republican Leadership for Georgia and is the former Secretary of the Savannah Care Center Board of Directors. She is also a member of the Telfair Museum and was recently nominated to become a Barrister in the W. Homer Drake Jr. Georgia Bankruptcy American Inn of Court.

Originally from Opelika, Alabama, Carri graduated from Atlanta's John Marshall Law School and holds an undergraduate degree in Political Science with a minor in Leadership Studies from Troy University.
