A simple, standard guardianship dealing with the states of Nevada and Oregon. His office struggled to stay in contact with the parties and charged a premium rate ($1500.00) for a very sophomoric handling of the case. No notification of the finalization of the guardianship was sent to the parties until one (1) month after the documents were signed by the court in Oregon - and his office sent me a bill for the sending of the document to Nevada. Simply Outrageous.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
