Six weeks after paying Andrew Neil over $800, I couldn't get an answer to my question. Couldn't leave voice messages because his, and the office secretary's voice message boxes were full. Got my money back, called attorney Roy Dawson and on the phone for the first time with HIM, in 15 minutes he had information I didn't have on me and answered my question! And, he only charged me $600 AND got me started on a driving classe BEFORE MY COURT DATE. I used to use Frank Swindell when he was on Vernon Ave...was always satisfied...not anymore and I will not be going back there.
