At first I was a little concerned about the cost of retaining Mr. Garrison. In the end, my DWI was reduced to a non-moving violation. Mr. Garrison saved me thousands of dollars in surcharges and increased insurance. Now I keep Mr. Garrison's telephone number in my cell phone, just in case.

Hired Law Firm

I retained Wayne to represent me on a Boating While Intoxicated charge. Wayne took the time to explain the entire process to me. He spent the time with my case, going back to court on numerous occasions to get the district attorney to dismiss the case. I wish it could have gone faster, but a pleased with the outcome.

Mr. Garrison took the time with my case to get a dismissal instead of accepting the first plea offer. He talked me through the entire process, helped me understand my options and explained where he thought the prosecutor's case was vulnerable. I would recommend him to anyone who finds themselves in trouble with the law.
