Hired Attorney

When he was your lawyer, he was semi approachable either by phone or in person, but when he writes a trust into your mother’s will making it a testamentary trust, and it turns out to be a terrible construction of a trust with very vague rules, etc., and you call him back for help, he’s very non-responsive. He has not helped me at all, and will not return my phone calls and I have needed his help. Unfortunately, it has gotten to the point where the trustee took my trust and had it dissolved and terminated, and her lawyer held back vast amount of money illegally, and put it in an Iolta account, without a court order from a judge or without an accounting which this trust has never had an accounting in all the years it was an existence and that was 12 years. I can’t blame him for the fiduciary breaches, but for not helping afterwards when I called seek to find out exactly what kind of trust this was because at first I didn’t understand, he was non-responsive, and seemed not to care.
