Hired Attorney Michael Pendolphi

I feel Mike is very unprofessional. He is very misleading does not keep you up-to-date on things. Does not prepare for trials. You would be better off representing yourself. I feel that he only cares about the money. Very unethical!

Hired Attorney Michael Pendolphi

He advertised free consult, then charged me and charged to write agreement. Pendolphi went against my instructions and offered way more than I told him to other side and the court held me too it. He pads his bills even charged for more time than I was there working on case. I went from full custody except 15 hours of supervised visits to a 50/50 after he was done. I complaint and questioned his billing, absolute zero response to my questions. He showed up smelling like alcohol to a morning custody hearing. then scribbled exhibit numbers on all my evidence while hearing was going on. DO NO HIRE THIS BUM, SAYS THE PAPER HIS WIFE FILED A PFA ON HIM AND HE DID SOME WEIRD STUFF TO HIS DAUGHTER. PAPER SAYS HE TOLD HIS WIFE HE A LAWYER AND UNTOUCHABLE. THERE WAS SEVERAL COMMENTS FROM PEOPLE WHO KNEW HIM SAYING TO LAY OFF THE SAUCE ITS ROTTING HIS BRAIN ETC......HE DOES KNOW SUPPORT THOUGH, I BELIEVE CAUSE HIS WIFE TOOK HIM FOR ALL HIS MONEY.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.

Attorneys that receive reviews from their peers, but not a sufficient number to establish a Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating, will have those reviews display on our websites.
