Nicole Lermitte is my lawyer and she is very knowledgeable and hardworking, she gets the job done. She is patient, kind, and honest. She cares about her clients. Nicole is a tenacious litigator. Her preparation is second to none. You will not find a criminal attorney who cares more about you being given fair and honest representation. When you step into the courtroom with Attorney Lermitte rest assured that she has your back 200%.She has represented me in a few cases. She makes fun of me because in both instances she "over prepared" if that is such a thing. What i mean is she was so diligent and on point with her preparation and case law to back up her argument that the ADA in both cases chose not to even fight.
