When I contacted various law firms about a possible medical malpractice case involving my wife's recent hospitalization, I experienced great difficulty getting those firms to accept the case. While I very likely did a poor job explaining her case to those firms (I'm not a medical professional and the lawyers I spoke to aren't doctors either) none of those law firms - with the sole exception of John Fishers office - had a medical expert evaluate my wife's case and offer their opinion of the merits of the case to their lawyers. My wife and I certainly knew we found the right lawyer for her case after we spoke to Mr Fisher's office.
