Alexis Tahinci, founder of Tahinci Law Firm PLLC, brings a wealth of experience in employment and civil rights law. Prior to establishing her firm in 2022, Alexis spent over seven years working with a United States District Judge, where she handled a wide range of federal and state cases involving alleged unlawful employment actions, contractual disputes, and statutory violations. Her inside perspective on litigation was further informed by her previous experience representing employers and businesses at law firms in Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Virginia. Her passion for employment law is deeply rooted in personal experience, having witnessed her father’s job loss and faced workplace harassment herself. Academically, Alexis distinguished herself as valedictorian at Hollins University and graduated second in her law school class at Penn State’s Dickinson School of Law. She is licensed in Virginia and Tennessee, serves on several professional boards, and is active in both legal education and community organizations. Alexis resides in Washington County, Tennessee, with her two children.
