Prior to establishing her firm in 2022, Alexis spent over seven years working with a United States District Judge, where she handled a wide range of federal and state cases involving alleged unlawful employment actions, contractual disputes, and statutory violations. Her inside perspective on litigation was further informed by her previous experience representing employers and businesses at law firms in Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Virginia.
