Hired Attorney John Bradley Agnetti

I was a defendant in a litigation led by John Agnetti. While his presentation led to a monetary concession by me and my defense council. What happened next was the story told by me numerous times. John accurately acknowledged that the third party defendant was actually liable. Strangely,John represented me (through my council) and was awarded most of settlement I initially paid your firm. His tenacity, knowledge of the law and business acumen make him a ideal “partner” going forward.

Hired Attorney Martin Lincoln Hoffman

I was initially attracted to Hoffman, Larin & Agnetti because of their unassuming advertising. Frankly, I was put off by the overly-aggressive advertising by some of the larger firms in the area. After going through the legal process with Martin Hoffman by my side, I can definitively say that I made the right decision. Martin and the rest of the firm were extremely friendly to me, but they made sure to attack those who injured me in the courtroom. Thanks so much everyone!

Hired Attorney Martin Lincoln Hoffman

He is not truly concerned with client...only with his time and if it's being wasted. He encouraged me to "slip & fall" yet again at work so my settlement would be higher. I did not do this and I told him no. He did not believe that I was truly injured. He also encouraged me to settle a workman's comp case giving me truly false, inaccurate information.

JOHN AGNETTI IS PROBABLY THE WORST ATTORNEY IN SOUTH FLORIDA!! THIS AMBULANCE CHASER WILL TAKE YOUR CASE KNOWING FULL WELL HE WILL LOSE JUST TO HAVE A RETAINER IN HIS POCKET. HE LOSES CASES BECAUSE OF NUMEROUS MISTAKES HE CREATES. INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL & JUST A BAD LAWYER IN EVERY SENSE OF THE WORD. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A QUALIFIED LAWYER STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PERSON. BEWARE!!!!
