John is the author of *The Material Difference in Florida Contract Law*, Fla. B.J., March 2016, and the continuing author of both "Civil Appeals” (12th ed.) and “The Record on Appeal – Civil Appeals,” (6th-12th eds.)—two chapters in the Appellate Practice treatise published by The Florida Bar.

He gave the *Appellate Representation Agreements *seminars for The Florida Bar in July 2022, March 2017, and April 2016, and was a panelist on The Florida Bar’s *Modern Appellate Practice* seminar (September 2018).

Recently, he became a member (Tier 1) of Global Elite Private Client.

Felt the repeated delays were avoidable and related to poor time management and favoritism to more lucrative or “important” projects. Relies on associates to perform most work. Poor listener. Interrupts a lot.
