I was dealing with a crooked real estate agent and a crooked broker who both deliberately lied and tried to steal money from me and tried to ruin my personal credit on a business transaction. While having consulted with various attorneys within the same office, my first time to consult with Nick was in April of this year concerning an issue that concerned professional liability that I may or may not have had with a former office in which I was affiliated. I was involved with Nick in a matter where I was both his client and a party to the resolution of a property matter in Pleasant Prairie, WI. He was somewhat responsive before the last check was cached, and then, no responses to email or voicemails after that. Had an agreement that has not been completely honored by the association, and he could care less. As I said, the last check was cashed. Totally and completely unprofessional on his part.
