Sam was very difficult to get in contact with, and would only return my calls after multiple messages. I believe I was overcharged for my case, and did not receive a bill until a month and a half after the case was dropped, at which point I was surprised that I'd been charged double my retainer for a case that lasted only a few weeks. I called and emailed with detailed questions about the bill, but never heard back, even after repeated attempts. His legal representation was not satisfactory.
I hired Sam Swanberg to help guide me through my divorce. He was an absolute waste of time. Never could get ahold of him, charged for literally doing nothing, didn’t act like he knew anything in court, had to remind him during court of situations he had forgotten. If it wasn’t for his paralegal (Kathy Dell) NOTHING would have gotten done. When I confronted Swanberg about his lack of interest in my case and the fact that he was charging for things he did not do, he just stated that if I didn’t like it we could separate ways. This after spending $20,000 already with nothing to show for it. It looks like we know now what he was doing… Tricity Herald 1-7-2022. Maybe if he would have been working instead of cheating on his wife he would be better at his job. A harassment (stalking) charge and this guy still gets to sit on the bench and judge others! The judicial system at its finest…
