My experience with Phillip Barrood as my Attorney has been a terrific one. He is attentive, tenacious and professional. I have known him for over 17 years and he has always handled my personal interests very seriously. He is very respectful and I would recommend him 100%.

Barrood Law firm is not the best to use as buyers attorney. if ever you have challenges during the buying process, you will never get a feeling that Barrood law firm is standing by you. they will all along be taking the side of the seller and interested in closing the sale as quickly as possible without any view of your concerns in the process against the selling party or the the property itself. so Barrood Law firm is definitely not the best to approach as buyer's attorney based on my personal experience.
