Allison was a true blessing for my husband and I! We farm in South Central Nebraska, and had not done any estate planning, and I was wanting to find a lawyer who knew farming and farming families. Allison presented on estate planning at an NPERS retirement conference that I went to in Kearney, NE. When she told us she grew up on a farm, I knew Allison was the attorney we needed! She helped us with all of our estate planning, visited with our accountant to make sure there were no tax ramifications, and also visited with our ag lender at Five Points Bank. My husband has since passed, and she has continued to help me. I cannot recommend Allison enough!

Allison Seiler was the attorney who settled my deceased mother's estate. We surviving children had no idea how to proceed with the needed legal procedures to close the estate. Allison guided us skillfully. We were coached each step of the way until all the needed information was gathered. With each court filing Allison explained what was happening and always gave us timelines to expect before all was completed. Allison did a wonderful job at shoring up our fathers estate and helping mom complete her estate planning. This was a tough time for the entire family and Allison was there to help and answer any questions there were.

We were referred to Allison & Dan after a conflict of interest with our original attorney and the signing of the will. This was a complex estate as there was a farm which was in a partnership with another estate. There was also a family dispute over the signing of the will. Allison & Dan were able to dissolve the farm partnership which enabled both estates to sell the farmland. Nothing was easy because of the family litigation which took an abnormal amount of time. Both Allison & Dan were easy to work with and kept us up to date on everything. Highly recommended both of them.

Working with Allison was great! We hired Allison to work with an estate dispute with family on farm land sale and wish we would have used her to do all the estate proceedings. She explained everything thoroughly and gave advice on what she would do. She was knowledge on the subject and always kept us informed of the next steps. We will defiantly be using Allison in the future.

Allison Seiler took the initiative in guiding us through a co-conservatorship/co-guardianship case, letting us know what information we needed to gather, and letting us know what step to take next. She enabled us to meet all court deadlines by corresponding with us via prompt texts, emails, phone calls, and a court appearance. We could not have navigated this process without her expertise.
