Hired Attorney Joani Harshman

Joani is a phenomenal lawyer. She helped us to qualify for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy instead of having to go with a Chapter 13 and make a huge monthly payment to the courts. Joani charges reasonable rates, and provides tons of personal service. She and her staff are wonderful. If you want a fair, honest lawyer who will work hard for you, get the job done, and yet still make you feel comfortable and at home; Joani Harshman is the lawyer for you.

Hired Attorney Joani Harshman

Said was inexperienced and was charge a very large retainer for trial never went to trial do to incompetence with the hired help of other lawyers. The entire retainer was not used and it was kept asked about it and was ignored and they ran off with out stating any explanation. Right after paying the large retainer they kept wanting more money the very next day. If I had it they would of stolen a $100,000.00 letting the prosecutor do psychological damage to a child that now needs counselling allowing them to yell and manipulate their deposition while not even using it. While seeing the lawyer they hired on to help on the case reeked of marijuana kept asking me how to set up the trial who to use as witness. That was the reason I hired you.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
