In total honesty, do NOT hire this attorney. He will not keep you informed about your legal matter. He will not provide you with documentation pertaining to your case. He will piece-meal you information. He will insure payment for himself before the client. He will discuss all of his reasons for why he is busy and leave your case in jeopardy of dismissal. He will discuss your legal matters with others, breaching client attorney privilege. And after it is recognized that he didn't do his job, he was place a lien for an unearned payment.
