Hired her for negligence from a housing inspector and false claims made by the seller of a home. She wrote up a demand letter which SHE made spelling mistakes, and errors in. She then charged us additional fees to correct the errors she made. The second revision also had errors. Again, charged for her to fix them. All in it was $1800 and then she just dropped us because we asked why we were being charged over and over for her mistakes...
