I want to say Eric Kihm ; You ARE a big blessing in my Life. I was looking for an attorney and a friend of my husband's called and gave him Eric's number. I called and got an appointment right away. Eric is very Kind, has a great sense of humor, ( I personally liked that ) he is Passionate, not only his job but also to his clients. It doesn't matter how many disabilities you have,Eric is there to help you get through it. Eric is very good at explaining the process so be prepared , you may have to be able to help where you are needed. Be patient and kind, and have understanding. ( If you have a case he will help you) Eric took my case and we won. I have another very important part of this puzzle her name is Kay absolutely as caring , knowledgeable, passionate , Fantastic woman and definitely a big part of Eric's Team. This lady knows what she is talking about. Kay helped me so much through the process as well. Thank you Eric and Kay I could not have done this without you both.
I have recommended Mr.Kihm to many people on numerous occasions and has never let anyone I know down. He will fight for you. I will continue to refer everyone i know looking for legal assistance.
0/10 would not recommend. Negligence for reasonable accommodation to disabilities. Kihm is scatter brained, unorganized, talks in circles, and is quick to shunt a client's needs to the side. Shame on his 'law firm' for non compliance and lack of clear communication. To anyone looking for help...research your choices first.
