Jupiter Legal Advocates is a law firm established in 1983 with an office in Jupiter, FL. At this office location, there are 2 lawyers practicing personal injury, wrongful death, civil law and 5 other areas of law.
I have known and done business with Jupiter Legal Advocates for over 20 years. As a service professional myself , there is no finer group of attorneys in the Palm Beach County area that I would recommend more then this firm . As individuals and as a whole this firm possess the attributes I would look for when seeking legal council. They are knowledgeable , prompt , efficient..( never keep you waiting for that return phone call )... They answer all questions , are courteous , respectful and compassionate to your legal needs and situations ....not to mention extremely well versed in all forms of legalese and local and state laws.,,this group is sharp.. But the thing that sets them apart most, To me at least , is that they CARE !! . lf you choose Jupiter Legal Advocates which includes William Fleck , Thomas Ali, George Gelb and staff you cant go wrong. I trust this firm and I trust these men ,, they are good people. They will always do their best for you....
I highly recommend Jupiter Legal Advocates for all your legal service needs. I've had to utilize their services on several different occasions. Tom Ali did an incredible job representing our family and got us the results we needed. Also we had Bill Fleck redo our Trust, Living Will and Durable Power of Attorney. We were pleased with not just how detailed he was but also brought up solutions we hadn't thought of. Their Admin had incredible follow up and were easily accessible at all times.

William Fleck is a poor representation of our legal system and should not be allowed to practice law. I am sure he is not confident with his work either as he does not carry legal malpractice insurance and does not maintain any assets in his own name. I found this out after being advised by many attorneys to sue him for legal malpractice after mishandling our lawsuit. After making many mistakes he withdrew from our case. Fleck is completely incompetent and shouldn't be allowed to practice!
Complete incompetence. Failed to sue the correct company. Refused to amend the filed complaint after being notified he filed against he wrong company. Lacks basic 4th grade reading comprehension skills. Complete lack of compassion for the client and Gross Overbilling. Never could grasp who the main people were on either side of the suit despite formal written introductions. Literally - incompetent. Don't let him steal your money!! Bar complaint being filed to accompany this review.
