Great to work with and keeps you informed.
I would to hv liked to hv won the case but I walked away knowing he did everything we asked him to do and he did everything he needed to do to try and win our case. David Meyers is an attorney that I would definitely use again. He did a great job!!
Anytime i had a question, they were really knowledgeable in their responses. Would recommend to others
I met David in 2014 when he helped me with a name change, then later with drawing up a will and a Revocable Trust. I was so impressed by him, he is so nice. It doesn't take long to feel like you are talking with a friend. He was always easy to reach, if I had a question. It seems like I used email quite a bit but we spoke on the phone as well. If I ever have a need in the future that is within David's expertise, I can't imagine going to any other attorney. I will recomend him to everyone I know.
Mr. Meyer is easy to talk to and kept me in the loop! Can't recommend him enough!
David Meyer accomplished what I required. Communication was a little slow, but overall service was a good experience.
My divorce was incredibly complicated, however, David should have known it was too much for him to handle. I provided him with all the witnesses/documentation necessary and he used none of it. Because of this, my children are still in an abusive home too much of the time. If there is abuse or complications, seek help elsewhere. Especially if children are involved.
David is point blank a thief. While working on my divorce, he was never able to file a motion for divorce or parenting plan because they were so full of errors I was SHOCKED they had been produced and verified by anyone with a basic high school education. Much less a law degree! How many times does someone have to be told how to correctly spell the city Las Vegas?! When I finally expressed I was getting angry and asked if I was being charged for the calls and emails to CORRECT his work, I was ignored. When I insisted, the entirety of my retainer was cleaned out and more money was requested. To this day, a year later, I have not received an invoice detailing how my money was spent- so I'd just like to know how you managed to earn $500 more of my retainer without ever producing a single document correct enough to file or mail OR going to court- when you say you didn't charge me for those correction emails and calls.
The second time I asked him to stop agreeing to things with opposing council without talking to me, he called me hard to work with and recommended I find another attorney. I asked my next attorney if making decisions without consulting the client was normal and he said, "No, that's just a bad lawyer." Disregarded every comment I made, did things directly against what I asked him to do, gave my ex whatever she was asking for on multiple occasions without asking for anything in return or even trying to negotiate. If you like being talked down to, this is your guy.
