Mark D. Edmonds

This guy is in the process of taking my elderly disabled father's home away, due to a will contest gone wrong, from a sibling on a witchhunt. My elderly disabled father will be homeless. And I'm a CPA whom he has charged with stealing from said cursed estate. Does it make sense for a CPA of >20yrs to steal from anyone? If so, wouldn't it be one of my several hundreds of client's financial info? Come ON. This guy is soooo bad, he believed all the crazy sibling lies (also a mentally ill drug addict), one who has sued everyone in her life repeatedly, including her own mother, all of her brothers, & more family (sooo FYI, Mark, she will sue you too!!) Mark Edmonds charged more in attorney fees than the entire estate was worth on day 1. I will never hire another attorney again after him. I'm now over $50k out in legal fees, & the case still turned out as awful as it possible could of.

Dan Smith, John S. Taylor, & Mark D. Edmonds all review each other online. If not, they would have 1 star, at best. These 3 cronies are in bed together, along with "Judge" Rambo, whom proceed together as shady as possible to destroy defendants lives - not just charge them with a crime, or collect a judgment - they've literally spent 10 YEARS torturing my family on a withhunt, due to a will contest case gone wrong (a bitter sibling who demands her brother's home - also the family farm that my grandmother left ONLY to him, her son. Cuz sister has 2 homes.) So my elderly disabled father will be homeless. We feel like we've been cursed, or are being hunted by evil, as 10yrs should be enough to make anyone go away. But NO. NOT these guys. They will take anyone's money, to perform any deed you ask, regardless of its legality.

Well I've spent more than $86k to date in legal fees. For what? To get to the exact same place in this frivolous lawsuit as if we never hired an attorney at all... I truly regret ever knowing this man, Mark D. Edmonds. But whatever, God sees what you've done, how corruptly you've behaved, & how you've placed infants, the disabled & countless elderly under the bridge (under the guise of "creditor protection.") This man has NO ethics, & it's apparent to all that he is without any moral decency whatsoever. Mark Edmonds took our family home & farm away, from a man (my father) that it was held in a LIFE ESTATE for. This home should've been untouchable. But shady attorneys will do anything you ask to for $$$$$. And boy, is Mark D. Edmonds ever one of em!!
