Hired Attorney Randel Miller

10 years ago I was charged with child pornography. The victim,16 yrs old at the time, pened a snapchat account for me and gave me the password as I didn't know how to do that. Kimberly Dale was the prosecutor. I had to plead to a felony for pictures as they were threatening me with a life sentence...for pictures!!! Randall rolled over and did absolutely nothing for me. I could have represented my self as well if not better as he agreed to everything Kimberly Dale wanted. He is currently representing an individual for digital rape in Greene county. I am quite confident that individual is totally screwed.
