Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer. My husband hired sandy Phillips to contest our divorce filed by me for irreconcilable differences. He contested and they filed a motion 35 trying to have me committed to a mental institution. I fled to another state for protection. She notorized that he lives in Washington co. When he lives in Carter co. October 10 she took the date of the motion 35 off and went home with a four day migraine headache. Then she cross filed against me charging me with dissertation and abuse of my husband when I am 600 Miles away. thls simple divorce has gone on 7 months and my husband and I have spent round 100 thousand dollars with me living an apartment and motels trying to escape him. My order of protection filed in North Carolina is completely ignored. Will report her to TN bar. Stay away from this person.
Notorized false information. Dragged simple divorce on 8 months costing couple over 100 thousand dollars as they separated and wife lived in apartments and motels. Cross filed charging wife with abuse when wife lives 600 miles away. Attached wife's pictures to bad review. Complaining to TN bar association. 8 months later still no divorce!!!!!!!
