As a widow wronged by the tragic death of my husband and, in some sense, outgunned, outmaneuvered and outnumbered by those who brought us to this abyss, I was extremely fortunate to find Mr. Simonson and have him as my fierce defender and devoted ally. I always knew he was fighting hard for me and my three children. He turned our lives around.
Medical malpractice is a horrifying experience, especially when a death is involved. Full of distrust, you have to find another professional to put all your trust in. Paul Simonson made me feel at ease. He listened, he heard, but, more importantly, he cared. After our initial meeting, Paul took my hand, looked me in the eye and said, "Your husband will be remembered as a man with a life, a person, not someone's patient." I will never forget those words and Paul never let me forget either.
Paul Simonson handled my mother's malpractice case. He was very sympathetic, compassionate,and truly cared about my mother--his client. He was very easy to deal with and responded to all my questions immediately at all times of the day or even on the weekend. Paul always looked out for the best interest of my mother and always put her first. After a very long battle with her sickness (5 years) my mother unfortunately died but Paul never gave up and settled the case for her.
