Hired Law Firm

BEWARE!! After reading the positive reviews on Todd I thought he might be a safe bet. I met with him for 2 hours, explained my desperate - time constraining situation, & begged for him to help me and protect me legally. He said he would, and gave me his word as we shook hands, and I paid him $5000.00 that he required, THEN I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN for 36 days!!! So I called and left a voice message but STILL DID NOT HEAR BACK FROM HIM!!! On the 41st day of STILL NOT HEARING from Todd, I called again and his secretary talked to him while putting me on hold - BUT HE STILL WOULDN’T TALK TO ME! She said - “he said he will call you RIGHT BACK”. He NEVER CALLED ME! Not only did he not keep his word that we shook on, but he cost me wasted time on my case and added problems that I have filed a complaint with the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel, as there is an issue with Supreme Court Rule #’s -4-1.3 Diligence, 4-1.4 Communication, and 4-1.5 Fees, & contacted Better Business Bureau.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.

Attorneys that receive reviews from their peers, but not a sufficient number to establish a Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating, will have those reviews display on our websites.
