I was always comfortable, and assured through each process. His experience exudes through his sharp, positive, knowledgable, and firm but fair personality. Mr. Nacy has many levels of expertise. To know Mr. Nacy as a professional, and personal is truly a life changing experience. I can honestly say-"Ask Pete!".
he was straight up about what the costs would be and how likely we would be to be successful.
They required a non-refundable retainer for my case. Never sent monthly statements where money was going. Found out that in Missouri there is no such thing as a non-refundable retainer. Very poor about returning calls if they ever did.
Unprofessional and incompetent. Lied to my face. Called me honey, sweetie and kiddo at meetings. Overall, I think they are best described as con-artists. Not good communication, inaccurate advice provided, these attorneys provided bad service, churned the file and racked up extremely high bills for little in return. No billing statements were provided in a timely manner and then there were errors they refused to correct. Don’t touch this firm with a 10 foot pole! They should be disbarred.
Might as well throw your money in the trash. Maybe they are good a divorce. If so, they should stick to it. Way better criminal attorneys out there. These guys are a joke.
This attorney provided a poor quality of service
Very slow to respond, appears to care more about racking up fees than his clients well being. Doesn't take any initiative to pick up the phone and call. Very poor communication, if others gave him a good rating. They clearly didn't have to deal with him much.
