I was from Oregon & had no idea who was good or not in that town. I prayed about it & God led me to Mr. Swafford. He really helped me & won my case. He's a little gruff but a good attorney. He kept me informed which is important. His family is in the law business so it's in their blood. A little pricey, but what is peace of mind worth? I was going to try the Blessings but they never answered their phone. I highly recommend him!!!
Brandy P. Mr Swafford Sec. Is the only one he has that does his work because he fails to do so. I picked him because he has experience but it has been the worst choice I made. 2 years I have had him, he does not remember my case, does not answer, I have waited 3+ years to get my children back (7/10/11 now) I've had him for 2 years and there has been 1 court date that has now lead to child support and back pay even thought I get my children every day I'm allowed to, I guess the bed bugs and abusive dad with photos mean nothing along with the grandparents that have custody who allow it!!! I'm sorry but my children are not a piece of paper to look over and just say (welcome to the practice of law .. or be here 30 min before court) he is NOT worth .50cents.... If I could a have hired Brandy P I would in a heartbeat!!!! But Swafford will cause every parent to loose there battle. I'm very passionate and I have hope in everyone but this lawyer needs to retire. Worst choice I've ever made.
graham swafford is an over price attorney that does not realize he works for his client. We paid him well to handle our case and four months later it is still hanging over our head. We got another attorney that has already got us results in two weeks. The case was a simple case and should have been thrown out due to being a false arrest and the law not following proper procedures. Graham has left this case open and hanging over our heads. Does not listen to the client.
