Lawyers are very knowledgable and considerate, very helpful.
I didnt feel she was invested in my case, nor did friends and family. Lynn was well aware of past abuse. Yet wasnt proactive to give me a safe place. My ex tormented me which lynn was well aware via emails. Lynn even wrote in her billing notes "husbands bad behavior " My ex threw food away, ate my packed lunches, covered cameras, banged or opened my bedroom door. It was exasperating my mental health issues. I felt hopeless. No one cared not even a woman I PAID to help me. I cried and begged her to get him out. He left on his own accord in Sept. It just seemed something was off. I later found out her and opposing counsel are friends on fb. Too me, that made sense. I fired her.
It's my opinion Lynn enjoys the conflict between spouses because it creates more money for the firm. Lynn wants to spend time counseling you, more $$$. She refused to get an abusive spouse out of the home. My mental health was the lowest its ever been. I was seeking counseling for suicidal thoughts. Lynn was worthless as an advocate. I'd never recommend her.
she was very unethical and very cold. Did not advise me on very important issues before went into court that she should have. Did not fight for her client, which was me. Wanted to do things her way.
