Hired Attorney Mr. Robert W. Detwiler

Mr Detwiler failed to write an Order and send it to the Judge for signature. He was paid to attend the hearing and was instructed by the Judge on what to include in the Order. Also made unprofessional remarks at trial where others could hear. Even had a juror to complain to the bailiff. Then the bailiff asked Detwiler to speak with him about the juror's complaint. He also wrote unprofessional remarks on his legal pad that we saw as well as one of our witnesses. Used profanity in courtroom
