According to this law firm if they represent you for anything then nobody else in the law firm can ever represent you for any other case ever again. I was represented many years ago by Mr. Castle and when I contacted the law firm again to be represented by them again I was told that nobody in the law firm was ethically allowed to represent me because I had been represented for a different case in the past. I was also informed that Mr. Castle was not ethically allowed to represent me for even a different type of case ever again.
The following is my personal opinion: "Paul will not even attempt to defend you from an abusive spouse if said spouse recruits certain female lawyers. Respectfully, Paul's staff is absolutely wonderful. They truly are responsive and caring. When your lawyer lectures you over the inappropriateness of something you haven't even done, you know your lawyer has flipped and is selling you out for profit. BEWARE. There are law firms with more "pull" and personal experience has shown that Paul will not even attempt recourse against specific firms. AVOID if you're dealing with NPD or other mental illnesees. AVOID if you're considering parenting coordination. AVOID if you have young children and are male. AVOID if you don't want to continue to suffer under abuse or watch your kids suffer. " The above has been my personal opinion and experience. I would shudder to think that other, suffering, parents would be as let down as I have been,
Petterson was a court appointed attorney for me. My case stayed open for almost 5 years. At that time I was appearing in court every other month. I never seen Petterson one time! Naylor was there usually to continue my case. For 5 years this went on! I lent my truck to my sisters boyfriend. Who left his stuff in my truck in a locked box under the driver's seat of my trick. He worked on Base jn Jacksonville. I got stopped searched spent 5 days in county jail and was convicted of a distribution felony charge! Mr.Petterson was swamped with custody cases and I paid for it! I'm now a felon I can't vote or carry my gun anymore. I can't volunteer at my kids school. All because of the wrong attorney!
