Closed on a home, Mr. Robinson was fantastic. I will always recommend and use Mr. Robinson. They made the closing quick and painless and for a very reasonable price. Mr. Robinson covered everything I could think of and more and I am very thankful for his service.
DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY! HE WILL COST YOU THOUSANDS IN MISTAKES. 23K!! Used this attorney to prepare closing documents when my dad and I bought a house in 2021. The attorney DID NOT INCLUDE a survivor’s clause in our paperwork! Now that I want to sell the house and my dad has passed away- I lost $23k in proceeds to my evil stepmother who he left his real estate to. My dad was 80 years old but he definitely thought there was a survivor’s clause. He told me so. The lawyer hastily prepared documents and forgot that document. I should have known when we went to his office to close he had papers everywhere. Just sitting out. This “mishap” by Robinson Gordon cost me thousands to a woman who never paid a dime on my house. Shame on you, Rob. You should retire before you cost another family thousands.
