  Significant Representative Matters: Obtained a summary judgment in a dangerous instrumentality doctrine. Two vehicles collided
  ultimately, the plaintiff's decedent lost her life in accident. Two Defendants were on the title for Defendant's vehicle. We were able to prove that a faulty title had been perpetuated because our client, who's name had been inadvertently left on the title, had received consideration for his possessory rights of the vehicle, but neither party notified the Department of Motor Vehicles. We were able to avail under the seldom-invoked 'naked-legal title' theory. The major insurance carrier that retained us in this case was thrilled with the result.
