Victoria Marie Merritt is a Partner in the firm's Jacksonville office. She practices in the area of general defense litigation, with an emphasis upon catastrophic and personal injury, insurance coverage and carrier representation, premises liability, product liability, trucking accident defense, vehicle negligence and security negligence.
Ms. Merritt earned her Bachelor of Arts in English with minors in Pre-Law and Political Science from Flagler College. Thereafter, Ms. Merritt attended Florida Coastal School of Law where she received her Juris Doctor. While at Florida Coastal, she was a member of the Moot Court Honor Board, and received recognition for her commitment to pro bono work.
Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Ms. Merritt worked for a small boutique firm practicing family law, criminal law, and civil litigation.
