The Wilner Firm, P.A. is a law firm with an office in Jacksonville, FL. At this office location, there are 4 lawyers practicing aviation, asbestos litigation, computer law and 6 other areas of law.
They handled a class-action case for me, on behalf of my deceased (2/29/08) stepfathers wishes & now that it has been concluded favorably-they kept me notified of what was going to happen, and when.
They kept me on top of all the paperwork (a load off my shoulders, as I was still dealing with my Mother's institutionalization and shortly thereafter, her death (5/6/08), as well).{para}They also notified me,about personal suits being filed. They sent me the necessary paperwork & waiting for now.
I do not feel they did enough to get the monies I should have gotten, other people in the medtronic case are still alive my husband is dead and I'm only offered pennies my husband life his brain was shocked to death some one should have read the medical records there was no time to remove the faulty device before it killed him a mere 1000 dollars is all I have been offered, I will never forgive this law firm
