I had a dispute with my insurance company after they denied my claim after a storm. They were trying to say that the damage I was claiming was not covered by my policy. I have been paying them a premium for 15 years with no claim ever filed and they didn't even try to help me. After attorney Jaghab reviewed the policy and the actions of the insurance company, he felt that coverage was owed and that the insurance company was wrong. After we filed a lawsuit and about 6 months of fighting with the insurance company in court, Ryan got me exactly what I needed to fix the property damage at my home. I could not be happier. All this fighting shouldn't be necessary but I guess that's what being a homeowner in Florida has come to. Although the process took a while, it was completely worth it! I am very happy.
