Gene Nichols is an amazing lawyer. I am a client, and would highly recommend him to anyone in need. The staff is friendly and personable and will work incredibly hard for you. I could not trust anyone more. He demonstrates a high level of professionalism and personal attention to all his clients. I'm a client of theirs...they are amazing!! Anytime you have questions they are answered in a way that you can understand them....you can actually get your lawyer on the phone and speak with him directly anytime you need... They work very hard for you... I wouldn't recommend anybody else... The paralegal that they have Jessica is absolutely amazing so sweet caring will do anything to get you what you need she has helped me so much!!!!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
